For someone who is a doer, when this happened to me, it put me in a really dark place. But I think it was important it happened to me because it was in that period that I learnt how important it is to pace myself. And then I also realized it could happen to anyone.

So please don’t punish yourself even further. Recognize that it is your body or mind telling you it needs rest, healing or air.

One hack is to put only one item on your to-do list everyday then gradually increase that number it as you feel able to. Remember, at your own pace.
