If you have ever had the #PrintDoctor<\/a> experience, you would know that at the core of whatever we do lie Excellent Customer Experience powered innovation and continual improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By my practical training and exposure in structured problem solving, I know that building a business requires structure and a mindset of continual improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Continual improvement involves setting up processes and procedures that evaluates progress periodically to create bespoke and on-time improvement actions which are relevant to present challenges and will deliver desired future results.” – Ebadan Ayodeji<\/a>, 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n On July 19, 2019 we launched our new brand Print Doctor Africa with a system that makes it easy to start your publishing journey in 45 seconds becoming the first print on the go mobile app and web app in Sub Saharan Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For us, it’s all about the experience, it is about making it easier and much easier to become a published author and fulfilling your dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We made the word “dreams” a household name on social media in Nigeria and we went ahead to make it real in many lives (you’re free to testify in the comments at this point).<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the first Image, I’m publicly displaying our back end for the first time.This is how we manage orders which come in through the system. It shows the projects we’re working on at the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You know, a lot of people think it is just about setting up a website and making noise. Nope, this is a world class intelligent machine on its own that gives you real time true value according to your needs,it is apparently the most intelligent website in Nigeria at the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is no one who has used it that has not been baffles how this happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are first with our innovations on many grounds: 2. The first publishing company with a dedicated community for our own authors. We call ourselves Wealthy Authors Network (WAN) with the 3-point agenda: We even had a fully sponsored hangout for our authors in December 2019 and had lots of fun. Our special guest at the event is a great friend and support of the brand, Padebi Ojomo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. We started the first dedicated and free Online Training Center for entrepreneurs and authors. This is free for everyone to join on www.printdoctorafrica.com\/bookwork\/stm<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n In March 2020, we had the first Business Summit in Nigeria fully dedicated to authors. A few other brands have taken a cue from this and done same (second picture) – we like it like that. Special thanks to our guests who made the summit a special one – Edirin Edewor<\/a> Alex Iheanacho<\/a> and Seun Robinson<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n To many people, they think it’s about the codes and throwing fancy words around, NOPE!
